FareFlightTravels.us is operated by Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd, which manages advertising and marketing on behalf of Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited, an IATA-accredited travel agency (IATA License No. 14025685) authorised to sell and service airline tickets. Our US mailing address is 1947 MT Vernon Dr, Covington, KY 41011, USA. All bookings are processed by Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited.

2. Role as Independent Travel Agency

We act as an independent intermediary between passengers and airlines. We are not an airline, do not operate aircraft, and do not control airline inventory, schedules, or onboard services. All air travel services are provided exclusively by the respective airlines under their own conditions of carriage, which form part of your travel contract.

3. Booking Process

• Bookings are initiated by calling our toll-free number (844) 205-4177. Our agents are available to assist you.
• You must provide accurate passenger details including full legal name (matching your travel document), date of birth, nationality, and valid contact information.
• A booking is confirmed only when full payment or an authorised deposit is received and a booking reference or e-ticket has been issued.
• You are responsible for reviewing all booking details — passenger names, travel dates, routes, and fare conditions — before confirming. Errors may incur fees to correct.
• By proceeding with a booking, you confirm all passengers consent to provide their personal data for the reservation.

4. Pricing and Fares

• All fares quoted are subject to airline availability and are not guaranteed until payment is received and the ticket is issued.
• Quoted prices include the base fare and applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional airline charges (seat selection, checked baggage, meals) are governed by the respective airline.
• Promotional or discounted fares may be entirely non-refundable and non-changeable. These conditions are communicated before you confirm your booking.
• Our service fees are charged separately from the airline fare and are non-refundable in all cases.
• Prices on our website are indicative and may change without notice.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
• Full payment or an agreed deposit is required at the time of booking. Remaining balances are due as advised by your agent.
• By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the agreed amount for the booking and applicable service fees.
• Your card statement may reflect a charge from Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited or our payment processor.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Travel Documents: You must hold a valid passport or accepted ID valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.
• Visas & Entry: You are solely responsible for obtaining all required visas, ESTAs, eTAs, and entry authorisations for all countries on your itinerary, including transit stops.
• Check-In: You must meet all airline check-in deadlines. Failure to check in on time may result in denied boarding without a refund.
• Baggage: Comply with the airline's baggage allowances. We are not responsible for excess baggage fees or baggage issues.
• Health Requirements: Ensure you meet all health documentation requirements of the airline, origin, transit, and destination countries.
• Name Accuracy: The name on your ticket must exactly match your travel document. Name corrections may incur airline fees plus our amendment service fee.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

All cancellations and changes are subject to the fare rules of the issuing airline and our applicable service fees. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. Key points:

• Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded. Alternative options (travel credits, rebooking) will be explored where available.
• Refundable fares are subject to airline cancellation penalties that vary by notice period.
• Changes to dates, routes, or names may incur airline change fees plus our amendment service fee.
• Requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure time.

8. Airline Schedule Changes

Airlines may alter or cancel flights due to operational requirements, weather, or factors beyond their control. In such cases, we will notify you of available options — which may include rebooking, airline travel credit, or a refund in accordance with the airline's policy. We accept no liability for airline-initiated schedule changes.

9. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a flight without advance cancellation (no-show) typically results in full forfeiture of the ticket value per the airline's no-show policy. We are not responsible for denied boarding due to late arrival. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

10. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, missed connections, and baggage loss. We do not sell or underwrite travel insurance. The decision to purchase coverage is entirely your responsibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FareFlightTravels.us, Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd, and Sea and Sky Travel Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, diversions, or missed connections caused by the airline or circumstances outside our control.
• Loss or damage to personal property during travel.
• Injury, illness, or death occurring during travel.
• Denied boarding or entry resulting from passenger failure to meet documentation or health requirements.
• Costs arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or acts of war.
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by airlines or third parties.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid to us for the specific booking in question.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, terrorism, or infrastructure failures. We will endeavour to assist you with all available options in such circumstances.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by or licenced to Sri Tharani Enterprise Co., Ltd. Airline names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification. No affiliation with or endorsement by any airline is implied or stated.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kenton County, Kentucky.

15. Changes to These Terms
