Because we book on behalf of airlines, refund eligibility is governed primarily by the airline's own fare conditions — not solely by our policies.

4. 24-Hour Cancellation (US DOT Rule)

For tickets booked for travel originating in the United States and purchased at least 7 days before the scheduled departure, the US Department of Transportation requires airlines to offer a full refund if the ticket is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. We will pass through this benefit where the airline offers it. Our own service fee may still be retained per our policy.
